• Walk a thons (for many causes).

• Make hats, blankets and quilts for seniors, kids in hospitals and cancer wards.

• Relay for life, first aid and CPR certification,

• Adopt a Senior.

• YWCA and help in their ongoing projects and fundraisers,

• Habitat for Humanity.

• Breast cancer Awareness & Mammograms, clothing banks.

• Holiday food baskets.

• Speakers on health issues, recognize the signs.

• Collect toiletries and give to Rescue Mission or bag up bags to give out at food banks,
