• Rental Hours from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

  • $75 per hour from MONDAY to THURSDAY ( 2 hours minimum rentals )

  • $95 per hour on FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS. ( 4 hours minimum rentals )

  • $25 non-refundable application fee.

  • $200 refundable cleaning deposit.

  • Set-up and clean-up are part of the rental time.

  • Janitorial service available at extra cost.

  • Special rates and consideration for non-profits, recurring pre-paid meetings, piano recitals, and weddings.

  • Discount of 5% maybe taken of rental fee if contract is received at least 6 months in advance of event and only if both security deposit and rental fee are paid in full at contract signing.
